In this project we used cationic poly(ferrocenyl)silane as a gene delivery carrier. The synthesized polymer successfully shield a DNA molecule and transfect the targeted cell. Further more, the protein adsorption on the surface of particles was measured using surface plasmon resonance technique. Finally adsorption of protein molecules was decreased by PEGylation of PFS chain.
